Response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak

Hello Bible Way Family!

We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and have re-evaluated precautionary actions the church is taking. At the recommendation of our government officials, and after much prayer, Bible Way has decided to suspend all onsite gatherings at this time. We will not physically meet at the church for Sunday School or church service. Instead, we have an opportunity to meet for Sunday School through Conference Call and the 11 AM Church Service will stream on our website at www.biblewayirving.org

This effort will help us adhere to the local and state-wide bans and recommendations, as well as our commitment to the efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Here’s what you need to know:

Sunday School will start at 9:35 AM via Conference Call. We are asking you to please spread the word! For those already enrolled in a Sunday school Class, your teacher will contact you with a dial-in number and access code for your class. (Each class has their own dial-in and access code.)

If you don’t receive a call from your teacher by 5 PM on Saturday evening, please contact your teacher, directly, or email us for assistance.

If you have difficulty accessing the conference through your mobile service or if your mobile service charges a fee to call the conference number, that can easily be resolved by partnering up with a friend via 3-way calling.

If you are not enrolled in a class, but would like to join a class via conference call, please email the church at biblewayirving@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you find a class to join.

Church Services will stream online at 11 AM on our website at www.biblewayirving.org

Wednesday services, rehearsals and activities are canceled until further notice.

Offerings can be given by text, online, or via the locked (brick) mailbox located in the church parking lot. (Details and instructions are on the website at www.biblewayirving.org)

Stay tuned to Bible Way’s Text alerts, Facebook and Website for continued updates.

As always, we are praying for you and your family. Additionally, we are still praying, and asking God for direction in this season. Let’s be thankful and excited about the technology that allows us to continue to connect and continue to worship, In Jesus’ name! God, always makes a way!

Stay Encouraged! -Pastor Wilbert
